SteelSeries Group, a global provider of premium software enabled gaming gear, today announced the strengthening of its board of directors with the election of Pernille Fabricius as a non-executive director and independent board member at an extraordinary general meeting held today.
Pernille Fabricius has extensive managerial and board experience from international businesses and brings a wide range of skills and abilities to the SteelSeries Board of Directors. Pernille started her career as an accountant at Arthur Andersen in 1988, advanced to Senior Vice President Corporate Finance at ISS in 1994 and then began her chief executive career at GN Store Nord in 2001, before moving abroad in 2005 embarking on her 16-year international career in chief executive roles in The Hague, Dubai, Gothenburg and London.
Pernille is currently Chief Financial Officer at NNIT A/S, one of Denmark’s leading IT and consulting services providers, as well as member of the board of directors in Gabriel Holding A/S and MT Højgaard Holding. Pernille holds an M.Sc. in accounting and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, and attended several finance, law and leadership programs at University of Leicester, DIEU, IMD and Harvard Business School.
